Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This competition is hosted by QuickInsuranceQuote.co.za ("the Promoter"), Johannesburg, South Africa.

2. Eligibility

• Open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.
• Employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates of the Promoter, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
• Proof of identity and residency may be required.
• To qualify to win, the entrant must be the legal owner of the vehicle.

3. How to Enter

• Complete the official competition entry form on the website.
• Follow the Promoter's official Facebook page.
• Only one entry per person per month is permitted unless otherwise stated.
• No purchase or payment is required to enter.

4. Competition Period

• The competition runs on a monthly basis.
• Closing dates and draw dates will be communicated on the website and/or social media platforms.
• Entries received after a closing date will automatically roll over to the next monthly draw.

5. Prizes

• Monthly prizes consist of petrol vouchers valued between R1,000 and R2,000.
• Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection

Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries received for that month. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

• Winners will be announced on the Promoter's official Facebook page.
• Winners may also be contacted via the contact details provided during entry.
• If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within a reasonable timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Publicity

By entering, participants consent to the use of their first name initial and city for winner announcements and promotional purposes, without additional compensation.

9. Disqualification

• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated, misleading, or submitted in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the competition process may result in immediate disqualification.

10. Privacy & POPIA Compliance

• Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the competition and contacting winners.
• All data is processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
• Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties unrelated to the competition.
• You may be contacted for marketing purposes in relation to other products and services affiliated with Quick Insurance Quote.

11. Liability

The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures, system errors, network interruptions, or any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Changes & Termination

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control.
